REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM I am ready to refer

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Begin by referring from your circle of family and friends who are healthcare professionals. Your candidate must be applying for any of Greenstaff Medical’s job openings through our website greenstaffmedical.com or your Healthcare Recruiter. Your candidate must state your name on online forms to qualify for your rewards.
Every successful candidate you refer must have accepted the job offer and have worked at least a total of 4 weeks in her/his assignment/s for referral fees as specified below. The maximum achievable referral fee for a single placement can now be up to $2,500 (combining regional and special bonuses for select roles). The more successful hires you refer, the more rewards you will receive.
After the 4 weeks assignment completion and as applicable, we will reward you with the following cash bonuses, depending on your candidate’s position and the region of placement:
Regional Bonus Uplift: To align with our regional strategy and capture market share nationally, referral bonuses for placements in the West & US Territories, Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest regions will be increased for specific positions as detailed below. Referral bonuses for placements in all other regions (including the Northeast) will remain at their standard rates as specified.

For Travel contracts - referrals are paid out once the candidate reaches 4 weeks employment.

$1,000 (for placements in West & US Territories, Southeast, Southwest, Midwest)
$500 bonus paid to the candidate that was referred, successfully placed and worked a total of 4 weeks
$500 (for placements in all other regions, including Northeast)

For Per Diem assignments(all positions) - referrals are paid out once the candidate reaches 4 weeks employment:

All other Therapy, Radiology/Imaging, Surgical services, Laboratory, Pharmacy:

For Locum contracts (all positions) - referrals are paid out once the candidate reaches 4 weeks employment:

Special Bonus for UnityPoint Health Placements:

An additional $500 bonus will be awarded for referred candidates who successfully join us at Selected Facilities for all Registered Nurses or the primary regional bonus earned. This special bonus is paid in addition to the applicable regional referral bonus outlined above.

ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN:

All Greenstaff Medical Healthcare Professionals (GMHP) currently employed by Greenstaff Medical Staffing LLC are eligible to receive a referral reward for each successful hire who meets the criteria of the program.
Referred experienced Healthcare Professional must have at least one year of experience in their given field and be hired into a regular part-time or full-time position in GMHP’s pool.
Referrals must match qualifications and experience level for the posted position. Those considered to be ineligible as referred applicants include the following:

Current applicants
Permanent Position Referrals (this program is for contract/per diem/locum roles)
International terms and conditions may vary

REFERRAL PROCESS AND PROCEDURES:

The GMHP must be named by the referral candidate and listed on the application/candidate profile. Only one eligible candidate can be listed as the referring source.
To receive a referral reward, the referring GMHP must be an eligible healthcare professional in our database or a professional that has a signed referral agreement with Greenstaff Medical US.
The newly hired referred healthcare professional must complete a total of 4 weeks (or 13 weeks as applicable for specific contracts) of satisfactory work and be in good standing as a Greenstaff Medical healthcare professional for one of our eligible US Divisions.
The newly hired referral must be employed at Greenstaff Medical US at the time of the award disbursement.
Payment will be issued upon the newly hired associate's completion of 4 or 13 weeks of employment as applicable and will notify referring associates of their payment eligibility, and the company will generate payment at the appropriate time.
Greenstaff Medical reserves the right to amend or cancel this program without prior notice.
