Macbook Competition T&C's

  1. Healthcare Provider (HCP) should have signed a new contract for a new assignment with Greenstaff Medical USA between January 22 to February 28th 2024.

  2. Per Diem/Allied HCPs contest entry requirements:  on active contract, 16 hours or this is equivalent to 1 timesheets worked at 16 hours per week, each time an healthcare professional completes 16 hours (timecard verified) another entry will be added into the virtual basket.

  3. HCP should have accepted a contract with a minimum or greater than 10 weeks in length and have started credentialing to be eligible to enter a name on the raffle draw. 
  4. The contest will run for one (1) month for “new contracts” started from January 22 to February 28th. 
  5. Contest Raffle draw is scheduled on February 29, 2024 and a winner will be announced. 
  6. MacBrook Air 13-Inch merchandise will be released and issued when “winning” HCP has started the assignment. 
  7. By having signed a new contract with a minimum of 10 weeks or greater in length during the contest period, you’ll be automatically enjoined and eligible for the raffle. 
  8. The winner will be notified via email or telephone (using details provided at credentialing) within 7 days of being chosen and must verify the postal address to claim their prize.  
  9. If a winner does not respond to Greenstaff Medical USA within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Greenstaff Medical USA will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 
  10. The prize will be sent to the winner when HCP has started assignment and within 14 days of responding to Greenstaff Medical USA. 
  11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-repairable, and no cash alternative is offered.  
  12. The decision of Greenstaff Medical USA regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
  13. Upon recipient of the prize, the winner’s photo and name may be used solely by Greenstaff Medical USA for marketing purposes. 
  14. Greenstaff Medical USA is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Greenstaff Medical USA’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website: https://www.greenstaffmedical.com/privacy-policy 
  15. Greenstaff Medical USA reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
  16. Greenstaff Medical USA reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition. 
  17. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Greenstaff Medical USA to administer the competition. 
  18. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by US law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the US courts. 
  19. Greenstaff Medical USA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website. 
  20. Draw decision is final.
