Healthcare Provider (HCP) should be on an active contract with Greenstaff Medical USA beginning 21st of August 2023.
Healthcare Provider should have 36 weekly hours worked and verified.
Healthcare Provider working Per Diem or PRN shifts should have 12 weekly hours worked and verified.
The contest will run for one (1) month for “new contracts” started from August 21st to September 30th
New contracts started August 21, 2023 is automatically enjoined and eligible for the raffle.

Travel HCPs contest entry requirements: started new contract as of August 21, 2023 and complete 36 weekly hours worked and verified.
Once a Healthcare Provider completes 36 hours, they will be enrolled in the raffle. Additional entries will be further added into the virtual basket for each additional weekly 36hours worked through September 30, 2023.
Per Diem HCPs contest entry requirements: on active contract, 12 hours or this is equivalent to 1 timesheets worked at 12 hours per week, each time an RN completes 12 hours (timecard verified) another entry will be added into the virtual basket.
Once a nurse competes a 12 hours, they will be enrolled in the raffle.

How to enter
Participant should be an active Healthcare Provider (HCP) on an active contract with Greenstaff Medical USA beginning 21st of August 2023.
Healthcare Providers (HCP) should have 36 hours, equivalent to one (1) timesheets worked at 36 hours per week . (timecard verified)
Healthcare Providers (HCP) working Per Diem should have 12 hours, equivalent to one (1) timesheets worked at 12 hours per week (timecard verified)
The contest will run for one (1) month, from August 21st to September 29th 2023
By having an active contract during the contest period, you’ll be automatically enjoined and eligible for the raffle.
Winner will be drawn on October 2nd 2023 and will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
Winner/s will be announced on October 2nd 2023 on Greenstaff Medical USA’s official social media accounts
The winner will be notified via email or telephone (using details provided at credentialing) within 7 days of being chosen and must verify the postal address to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond to Greenstaff Medical USA within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Greenstaff Medical USA will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to Greenstaff Medical USA.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The decision of Greenstaff Medical USA regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Upon recipient of the prize, the winner’s photo and name may be used solely by Greenstaff Medical USA for marketing purposes

All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by US law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the US courts.
